- Blue Recycling is picked up Tuesdays.
- Black GarBage and Green Yard Waste is Picked up on Fridays.
- Community Rules state that Barrels are to be placed on the curb in the evening of the day BEFORE pick-up and Removed to their Storage location BEHIND your gate the evening of pick-up day.
- Bulk pick-up is the FOURTH Monday of each month.
- Items may be placed on the curb beginning the Friday immediately before the fourth Monday.
- RESIDENTS WHO PLACE BARRELS OR BULK TRASH ON THE CURB IN VIOLATION OF THESE RULES NOT ONLY DEGRADE THE APPEARANCE OF THE COMMUNITY, BUT SUBJECT THEMSELVES TO FINES.
Draining Your Swimming Pool
- City of Tempe allows you to drain your pool or spa in one of three methods:
- Drain the pool water onto your own lawn or other retention area in your yard,
- Drain the pool water directly into the sewer cleanout drain located on your property,
- Into the City's street gutter.
- Dechlorination is required by City rules.
- A PERMIT IS REQUIRED...

- Homeowners are cautioned that Pool water that is chemically out of balance or contains high levels of chlorine can damage or kill plants. Homeowners who drain pools or spas into the street that flows into the common area and cause damage will be held responsible for the financial cost of repairing the damage.
